What is GDPR?
It’s a law related to processing personal data of citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
Why is Little SaaS bound by the GDPR?
Our services are available to customers from all over the world, including the EU.
Our tool stores the conversation between the user and their customers which are forwarded to Communication by the user with what we call Threads/Tickets in the form of an email.
If the customer invites their team members inside their account or workspace, their team members will have access to those threads/tickets.
Communication also stores the LiveChat data that happens on the website where Communication’s JavaScript code is pasted by the user by their own will.
The user of Communication also has the ability to build a knowledge base, a set of available answers to their customer’s queries which the user can remove from Communication at any given moment.
What are Threads and LiveChat?
A thread is an email conversation that you are forwarding inside our app known as Communication at Little SaaS.
A LiveChat is a conversation that happens via the widget that you place on your website using the JavaScript code provided to you at Communication by Little SaaS.
Data Removal Process
The user has control, and has the ability to delete all pieces of information from the Communication.
The user also has control over deleting their workspace. Once the workspace is deleted, we have no control, and cannot retrieve it in any way as it is permanently deleted from our system.
